Actually, I'm honored by your use of the English language. Like most Ignorant
Americans, I'm limited to only one language and I only dream of the worldly
exposure/perspective Europeans have.
Regarding the turntable, it's long enough to hold my 4449 Daylight engine and
tender (~70 studs long, shown at:
http://www.geocities.com/PicketFence/1438/daylight.htm ) with a little
breathing room on each end.
The roundhouse will have yellow walls, white support/corner columns and
probably a red roof. Much like I've done with every prior iteration. I'm
planning to dissassemble it for transport. The roof will be removable. The
two side walls will each be one piece. The curved rear wall will be one piece
that plugs into the side walls. Then the front wall will be one piece as
well. This modular construction, will also make it easier to expand in the
future if need be.
Everything is built up five bricks from the table base. Maybe someday I can
join it to on of the GMLTC layouts with their new standard of a base being
five bricks tall.
Kind Regards,
Ben F.
