I thought those were new road plates. I saw them a few days ago but couldn't remember if I'd seen them before. The strange thing is they are only shown with the Creator sets. Manganel. I tried building one out of lego, using the bungee from the 8205 Bungee Blaster, but it didn't work very well. If its a tall building that's L shaped or U shaped, you can place a camera on the roof that looks down on one of the sides of the building. You'll get to see the building out from under the camera.
