OK.
I've done the research and I can see the possibility for the future
growth of LOT A105 I'd like to make a valid offer.
I would also presume that the sale will not be affected by my decision
to start off by developing the site with sleazy motels and a few run
down crack houses, AND I'll throw in a biker club house for free.
THEN when all other lots are developed around me and some CONDO-CORP(tm)
wants to buy the lot and bulldoze the place for a stunning 118 story
plush luxury condo development, I will make my millions.
Ok, I'm in, just sign here!

| So... since Calum is taking a sabbatical from rtl - Train organiziation, I'm going to step up to the plate, and see if I can get something going. I'm thinking about doing rtlToronto/Train4 in early October or late November. I'm thinking we'll use (...) (22 years ago, 14-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
