Is Brad personally running LEGO Direct according to his own whims? I doubt
it. I can't see that Brad is the problem at all. In fact, he seems willing
(when possible) to reach out to the LEGO fan community. Do I agree with how
and how often he does it? No. But he does it.

Common sense would have dictated that a lot of things did or didn't happen
within the LEGO organization. However common sense isn't president of the
company right now unfortunately.

Agreed. But the lack of faith goes much higher than Brad or even the entire
arm of LEGO Direct. The problems are at the top my friend.
