I agree. A whole bunch of trees aren't much good if you don't have enough
bricks to build a building around which to put your trees.

Oh, I don't know that I agree with this statement. To my eye, the color
looks somewhat like faded old brick (a la turn-of-the-century building). At
least it looks a lot more like brick than the traditional 'red' LEGO brick.
I think the new colors are fine, but if not produced in reasonably priced
quantities of basic bricks, then they aren't much more useful than... more
trees.

| Although I am patient, I must agree that the lack of light gray bulk packs surprises me. I would by many pounds of the stuff. But I have always assumed that my desires do not reflect the true sweet spot -- though I figured the star wars, castle, and (...) (23 years ago, 5-Dec-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
