Hello Brad,
Sorry for the caps but I wanted to get your attention, which I hope I did.
Now I know I am not alone when I say this, what happened to all those bulk
bricks we were promised??
I am sorry but the selection stinks!
It seems that Lego Direct is more insterested in producing pink bricks in
bult than providing what everyone was hoping for!
Now I cant see how this is Good business? I use to buy bulk Gray brick packs
and received a 20% discount, now I get bulk all right but no 1x2 or 1x1 etc.
What about Gray 1x2, 1x1, 1x4, 1x8, 2x2 Tiles? Gray 2x2 slopes? I am sorry
but I am sure gray must be the best seller in the bulk department, since its
uses are so great.
I am sorry but I am very disappointed with Lego Direct, I build Lego Castles
as a hobbie and I know A few doctors who do also, we are not nuts or
fruitcakes, I am a CEO or a corporation and I play with these BABY blocks!
But I will say that my $20,000 dollar project that I was hoping Lego direct
would help me by providing cheaper bulk items that I need,instead of paying
through the teeth at an action isnt going to happen!
I think you guys should have a discount for multiple bulk orders example
what if I wanted to buy 5 cases of 2x4 gray bricks will I get a discount? NO
I am sorry Brad, I just hope you will fix this, because if you dont I am
afraid Lego is going to go out of business with this depression we have been
brought into by terrorism.

| Although I am patient, I must agree that the lack of light gray bulk packs surprises me. I would by many pounds of the stuff. But I have always assumed that my desires do not reflect the true sweet spot -- though I figured the star wars, castle, and (...) (23 years ago, 5-Dec-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
