I should have realised it sooner. However, it's best to remember, that
when discussing theory, it's best to think in "theoretical" boxes
rather than actual ones.

They're quite possibly fairly irrelevant on Lugnet, what with it being
a private resource and all, and neither the First amendment nor the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights-Free Speech applying.
I just think it's a very dangerous precedent to set.
In essence, you're saying, "when someone breaks this rule, not only
will we kick him off lugnet, but we'll also throw him in jail".
_That_'s the dangerous part.
