Now here, we're talking about a different issue. I read the above as that
you copied the images. If so, deleting them, and not sharing them is NOT
just "being a nice guy", it is obeying the copyright law.
I agree that publishing a URL to something unpublished is not clearly
"illegal", however, we have been asked by TLC to not share these. In this
respect, if Todd wants his server to respect TLC's wishes, I think we need
to honor that. I think it does mean that Todd needs to at least clarify the
T&C.
