I can only agree.
I think the main reason that this is happening is that both sides have so
little trust in one another that they feel the only way to get something done
is through violence.
To explain why they resorted to violence they have to explain why they have so
little trust in the other side which leads to this egg and chicken debate.
The only hope is to lower the level of distrust between the sides, but that
seems very hard in the current climate in the middle east.
