Truly, I don't know. There are issues with satisfactorily defining the notion
of terrorism and there is the fact that I don't know what all goes on between
Isreal and Palestine.
From American Heritage:
> ter·ror·ism (tr-rzm)
> n.
> The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a
> person or an organized group against people or property with
> the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or

The insertion of "unlawful" into the definition seems like kind of a cop-out.
So to remove the whole tangle of what lawful means among nations, I'll say that
I agree with the definition sans that one word.
Now, does Israel use force or violence with the intention of coercing societies
or governments? Sure they do. And so does the US. And so do the
Palestinians. Are we all members of terrorist organizations? It seems a
little funny to think of it that way, but maybe it would do us well to actually
think it through.
Basically there's a bunch of badness out there and most of us support that
badness in one or many ways. Why?
Are you so blindly loyal to your nation that you can't see the Palestinians who
are in terror on the evening news? Who is terrorizing them? And can't you see
that even the ones who fold their fear and desperation into stolid anger and
act with violence against your country are the result of that terror and of
feeling cheated? Y'all need a middleast love-fest or something.
What, in your opinion, clears your government from the category of 'terrorist
organization?'
