Agree with Larry here.  If I can browse to it freely just by going to
www.lego.com and clicking on links (and I can) - then it is public.

(Question) You can start at <http://www.lego.com/> and see the same year-2000
pictures as the ones linked to in the list posted by Remy just by clicking
links, without having to change the URL manually??

Absolutely.

1: browse to http://www.lego.com
2: follow hyperlinks/buttons "Lego Finder", "catalogue", "Europe/Africa",
"System" "Knight's Kingdom"
3: select a set from the drop down list (or use the one that's there)
4: click the magnifying glass in the lower right corner of the main image.

There you are.

Note: I've only done this for a small handful of sets - I have work to do this
afternoon, in addition to following the brouhaha - so I don't know if the
process works for *all* the sets.

Note also: I've been having intermittent problems at http://www.lego.com all
day.  The vast majority of issues I'm seeing (that I don't normally encounter
there) are missing thumbnails for some of the new catagories (but the link and
the alt text are there), and the unusually long wait times I'm experiencing.
I cynically attribute this to all the AFOLS frantically scrambling to
see/download the pictures.  I also had some scripting errors with flash this
morning, but I'm 99% positive that was my browser.

I also had to *seriously* restrain myself from adding the new sets to my
wishlist for the Advent contest. ;)
