I know what you mean, Todd. I shelled out $89 for the Mos Espa Pod Race and
had it built in about ten-fifteen minutes.
The same thing used to happen with the UFO sets. The only System sets that
ever gave me even an inch of challenge were the larger Pirate sets.
The Black Seas Barracuda took me around five hours to build but then again I
made it when I was around 9 or 10 and my skill wasn't as refined as today.
This new red sports car I see coming out this Summer for Technic Build looks
really, really hard. It had better be, right?

| (...) You managed to build all three racers in 15 minutes?!?! I did Anakin's one night by itself, and it took me over 20 minutes. I spent close to 2 hours on the other two the next night. -Jonathan (26 years ago, 9-May-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build)

What really exhausts my brain is the large building instruction booklets -- because I have to compare each step with the (...) (26 years ago, 8-May-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build)
