WB, on the other hand, just says "piss off!".
I ordered some clearance stuff from Walmart.
They had it in stock.
They sent it to me.
I got an email stating that the invoice with the sets had the wrong prices listed,
but my CC was billed the correct amount. They apologized, and sent me a $10 Gift
Card good at any Sams/Walmart.
IOW, they sent me a gift card for basically A PRINTING ERROR. Not a billing
error, just an invoice printing error.
And TRU gave out $100 Geoffrey Dollars for shipping late around Xmas (wish I had
been in on that).
Yet WB has cancelled ALL FIVE of my orders totalling over $1500, and done SQUAT.
Can you tell that I think WB SUCKS, that they have no clue at all about Customer
Satisfaction?
I'm giving Joyce in WB ECommerce an earful today.
