You can add our little order to the list... it was FINALLY cancelled yesterday
(after sitting in CCH for two weeks):

1 Railway Express and 1 Super Cycle Center, BOTH gone.

Total: $88.69 with shipping

I also had two unanswered emails to their customer support address, if you are
counting those.  Did anyone ever actually get a response to an email?

I can easily contrast this whole thing with another order I placed about the
same time (the 16th).  I ordered a new phone from TMI-US.com.  After I placed
the order I got the standard "order received" email.  The next day I received a
-personal- email from one of their customer service representatives that my
purchase was backordered, and listed what I could do to cancel my order or
wait, and an indication that they would email again after 30 days.  I wrote her
back and received another -personal- reply from her within a day.  I'm sure it
didn't take much of her time, but I'm now happy enough to keep waiting for the
order, even though it may take another 40-50 days to be filled.

By the way... they didn't have record of my second round Indy Storm order...
They told me I had to contact webstore customer service... then there was a
silence on the line... I said, I have to email customer service?  Hey said
yes... I said :I DID THAT ON THE 20TH FOR MY OTHER ORDER AND STILL HAVEN'T
HEARD FROM THEM!!!:  He said "Can I put you on hold?" I said yes.. he comes
back and all he says is "That item is discontinued"... I said :THEN WHY DO YOU
KEEP LETTING ME ORDER IT AND THEN DON'T TELL ME YOUR CANCELLING MY ORDERS!!!:

He didn't say anything... I said FINE and hung up...

I agree Tom... let's sick Jesse on them... this is a load of crap... Let's let
them know that their not playing games with little kids... WE'RE THE AFOL AND
WE'RE MAD AS H%^^!

Sorry for the rave, but even TRU made good on their goof...
