I got an actual NUMBER this time.

1-877-284-7286

This is their number for customer service for orders that were cancelled, etc.

It's a damned message asking you to leave a message though.  I did leave a message,
asking them why all my orders were cancelled, why they keep listing items they don'
have, and why I shouldn't set up a Boycott WB site.

If (more likely WHEN) I set up a Boycott WB site, I'd appreciate some help from
people getting it registered on every search engine imaginable.  I'll be putting in
keywords in the doc to hopefully make it so that my page will show up ABOVE the WB
store listing in search engines.  I'm trying to figure out all the keywords needed
to do so.

Anyone want to guess what happened to the orders?

That's right, CANCELLED.  And talking to the Catalog order folks, you can't talk
to the web folks, you can only email them.  And they don't seem to answer their
emails.

Let's do a survey... How much of what did you order?  How much have you
received?  How much has been cancelled?

Well, I ordered 10 of the Indy Cars, and 10 of the power packs on the 17th,
for about $345 with tax and shipping.  They cancled all of the items, but
still have a hold on my credit card.

I have not yet been able to get through to the cusomer service people to find
out why they cancled or still have a hold on my CC for the total price.

I am getting ready to contact the Better Business Bureau, the US FTC, and the
California Department of Consumer Affairs.  (all of these have web sites for
the snail-mail impared)
