Priority is flat for wieghts under 5 lbs. After that there is a 8 Zone system (Zones 1-3 are all consider local with a single rate). (...) They must have. I'm not sure they've ever "sealed" a 16x32 baseplate. But I also wouldn't be surprised if they're using "factory sealed" like people use "nice" or "mint condition." There is no difference in shipping price by Priority Mail. Anywhere in the US is the same. As for the supplies i use the web site all the time (plus stamps.com so for shipping i never have to go anywhere). But the site is geared twoards bulk, boxes (...)
