shipping sheets of lead, gold or DU (Depleted Uranium).

Never knew the USPS would ship Depleted Uranium...  but hey i gues what they
dont know cant hurt em right? ;o)

Above that, the cost of shipping coast to cost can be almost triple the cost of shipping the same weight across town. Check it out at postcalc.usps.gov. (...)
