Well, OK, if you say so. I asked specifically about First Class (i.e.
non Priority Mail, non Parcel Post). The clerk told me no. I am aware
that Delivery Conf on Parcel Post is 60-cents instead of the 35-cents
for PM. I'm still not sure why.
