Define 'right'
The customer has the ultimate decision to accept or decline
But they are often 'wrong'
They buy the wrong products for the wrong reasons all the time.
Many companies have a 'customer is always right' policy, not because they
are, but because it is good PR, and far less hassle to simple give them what
they want rather than argue (cost permitting of course)
Lets see.
"I demand that Lego sell every individual type of brick in bulk or I will
not buy any sets"
Am I 'right'?
Lego can choose to say No, there's no profit in it.
And I can choose to say OK I won't buy any sets then.
Doesnt make me right and Lego wrong
ramble, ramble, ramble,...
