as jake replied to this post and i must agree, this is the right way to
comunicate with the lego company. others are more likely to listen to you if you
are calm, cool, and you take your time to think about what you want to say and
why. this is after all how things actuly get done.
back on the subject of the post,
i have to agree with all or at least most of what christian said about company
comunication problems. it was well put and he pointed out a lot of things i have
recently noticed myself.
