It is quite disappointing that he basically only rephrased Jakes writings.
What value has an apology even from a CEO on behalf of his company, if
there is no intent whatsoever to remedy the situation? Sorry, but I
can't accept this "apology".
With all the communication chaos inside the company I can comprehend
that they never heard of AFOLs (or anything else) outside Billund, but
the Legoland model builders were more or less just around the corner,
and they were as unpleasently surprised by the change as we were.
The biggest mistake is not to fix a mistake once it is found.

| (...) Although I have no problem accepting the CEO's apology, I do agree with Christian about one thing. That is besides the "sorry" from the company, there is no tangible goodwill, as shown with the Maersk Blue controversy. At least with the Maersk (...) (20 years ago, 8-Mar-05, to lugnet.color)
