No. I can still do better if need arises ;-) But not in this post.

It's the facts that are. not me.

You missed every single instance of mismanagement except the bley issue?
The failure to keep to their core competences? The Galidor failure? The
Duplo-Explore-Duplo fiasco? The continous problems with their supply
chain? The Knight Bus and the handling of the complaints? The list is
long...

Yes, I noticed. And I already stated that I consider this apology
worthless, as they don't have the slightest intention of fixing or even
remedy their mistake. I admit, though, that it appears that they have
started to learn something from it. Which is the least they could do.

And with such substantial changes to the core system, too.

In my - and a lot of other peoples - opinion they are. E.g. they don't
go well with other colours, they are way to metallic in their appearence
to build something convincingly rocklike, etc.

Then this whole thing would have been a non-issue. Some people would use
bley, some people would continue to use (and buy) grey. I, for example,
would stay with the original grey, because it fits my designs and the
other colours better.

If the earth was flat, it would be flat indeed. It isn't. (My way of
saying that you are taking a void assumption).

OK, you noticed a second instance of mismanagement.

Well, nearly every problem I noticed with this company can be attributed
to communication problems. Not only the big issues like bley, but all
the smaller problems too. Wether nobody really seems to know the
validity of a voucher, wether I get wrong answers from three different
people in the company on the same question (and I added: "Are you really
sure? I heard otherwise in the chat rooms."), or whatever else. "This
was done by a different company in the group." - "No, I haven't heard of
this." - "Nobody told us!" etc. etc. pp.
I've seen so many instances of communication mishaps and failures in
this company that I'm amazed that they are still around. And a bad
information situation is bad ground for good decisions.

Yes. To take your words, I'm pissed at this company. But I still love my
hobby. Thats why I fight for it. Thats why I want Lego to return to its
old values like quality, consistency, "Only the best is good enough".
Thats why I am still here.

Correct.

Not correct, sorry.

Fine for you. No solution for me - and others.
