Ahh, nope, I'm not. Well, not exactly. There are two different ways to
look at "uninlining": one view is that it's simply removing the extra code,
and restoring the original reference statement. This approach works, as
long as you have the original sub-file handy. The other view of inlining
is that the subfile is recreated, using the inlined code from master file.
But inlining munges the inlined code, so it isn't an exact copy of the
original subfile. And, according to Paul Gyugyi (thanks gyug!), it isn't
always possible to determine the way to reverse the munging, to arrive at
the original subfile code. This isn't a big deal if the subfile was only
referenced (and inlined) one time, but it's pretty common to reuse
subfiles.
So a useful "outliner" tool is probably not in the future for LDAO.
I *will* probably add a "terminating tag", so it will be easier to tell
where the inlined codes ends, allowing people to manually undo the inline,
if they want.

To convert a DAT to MPD, rename the file and add a line at the top of the
file, like this:
0 FILE <filename.dat>
That's all you have to do.
