(...) Hmm. I interpret this like the lawyer's question, "Is that when you stopped beating your wife?" It's not really yes or no. The totally accurate answer is: there are no 2D objects in LDraw. I would include the multitude of official torsos and decorated elements, but I'm not as curious about the number of official primitives or subparts. Any info will help (...) I have played around with running LDGLite as a pure command line tool by redirecting its output to a virtual X server (Xvfb). I managed to compile LDGLite for Linux/Alpha, but every time I run the program it aborts with a segmentation fault just after it has opened its drawing window. I have experimented a bit with using Xvfb as X server for LDGLite. It seems to work, but there are some things to be aware of. It seems the word Car is a little source of potential misunderstandings. To me, it has always been equal to automobiles like Ford and Opel and others on rubber wheels. Until LDraw. I am sort of groping for the correct name of this part. I think it is originally a Fabuland part. I KNOW 6097 has it in black. What else does? Part of my problem is that this isn't an official part in LDraw yet. I have an unofficial version someone (...) (...) I always thought the RGBs in the FAQ were supposed to be approximations of the 'real colors'. LDraw's palette is a poor match for real LEGO, and I'd hate to be stuck with it's selections. (Sorry, I hit "Post" too quickly just now) I was playing around with Regedit. I found the .dat key (under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT), and copied the settings from .dat to a new key, .ldr.
