Yah, a key is definitely in order. It's there now - see the bottom of the
page. And see below.

A - Admin 'yes'
Y - Non-admin 'yes'
N - 'No'
S - Uncertified subfile
F - Fix to an existing file
X - New part/subpart/etc.
The reason for the codes was to reduce the number of messages shown on the
page, but to provide complete information. The first version of the page
listed up to 4 messages for each part, which got pretty long. The current
version just displays the 'most important' message, and provides the code
for people who want the whole picture.
