Just a few quick items. Some good news, some not-as-good news.
First, there's a new report-page, which shows the 'certification status' for
each part. The parts that are ready for release are at the top of the list,
the rest are below. And the most important status 'problem' is shown for
each file.

and feedback are both welcome.
Second, notice that there are 299 files posted on the Tracker! Woohoo!
I have not worked all the way through the backlog yet, I'm only up to last
November. Ouch! But I'm hesitant to add more parts to the tracker until
we've worked through some of the ones that are already on there.
Third: I *am* working on the program to add certified parts to the library
(in other words, it will release new part udpates!). But it's not done yet;
I hope to have it ready after the weekend.
Finally, if anyone feels they can help review files, *please* email me!
There's plenty of work to go around. :)
