We have provided TLG with an official Issues List, which is comprised of
all of the fan issues we have gathered. Thats right, everything from the
color variances, to suggestions for new sets, to set availabilty. of the
official comprised of all of the fan issues we have gathered.

The issues list is now posted on the .Ambassadors sidebar.
These issues, regarding LEGO products and services worldwide, should come as
no surprise to anyone, as they have been brought to the Ambassadors
attention repeatly over the past few months/years. We are working with TLG to
have these items addressed and answered, as an ongoing effort of 2-way
communication.
We are confident that you, the LEGO fans, will have more issues for us to add
to this list. Please feel free to post them in this newsgroup.

My issues are:
All boxes should be the same size - for ease in storage.
Have someone else name the Bionicles - I cant pronounce any of them even after
watching all three movies. Sure could use some 1x5 and 1x7 bricks and plates.
Date all the bricks so it easier to reconstruct sets with bricks from the same
year. Dont duplicate set numbers. And put a name on all sets, dont get
lazy. Let the sales people at Shop at Home know what is going on so when I ask a
question about sets the conversation does not end up with me giving them more
information than what Lego has provided them. Dont outsource customer service
to India. Please do not outsource the making of the bricks to Antarctica.
Bring out a new City Series called The Other Side of the Tracks to go with the
Cafe Corner (Liquor Store, Adult Book Store, High rise public housing, Check
Cashing Center and maybe a Pay Day Advance, and a Pawn Shop, Hooters.) These
have always been on the top of my If I owned Lego list John P
