Im not sure you should see a lack of information from TLG as confirmation
of anything... I certainly wouldnt.

Sorry, I have no idea what you are saying here. I said nothing about a lack
of information from TLG.

Your original post seemed to imply to me that you a) considered 9V trains to be
saved and b) did this because you had seen no further information on the issue
(which I perhaps mistakenly thought meant from TLG as opposed to from secondary
sources). I would draw no such conclusion from the information presented on
Save9VTrains or any other source short of an active statement by TLG themselves.

I just find it over the top for someone to get so upset about something that
does not appear to be a big concern for the community. If 9V was still in
trouble why is there no current campaign under way? The last update on
Save9VTrains.org is a review of the Hobby Train set.
If a site dedicated to this cause has nothing to say on the subject for four
months I think we can cut the ambassadors a little slack if they did not
include it in their current issues list.

If you would like to see more people needlessly complaining Im sure that can be
arranged. Perhaps Save9VTrains should have a message on the front page
requesting that people kick up a fuss regularly.
I dont think that any website should be responsible for constantly rehashing
the same issue. Ambassadors should. Leaving a major AFOL issue off the list
posted here makes it seem like the Ambassadors arent doing their job with
respect to 9V train users. Personally I dont really think the Ambassadors would
make any difference whatsoever to this issue which is why you wont find me
complaining but it would be nice for them to at least pretend.

Well, saving 9V trains does seem to be the purpose of the site, so short of a "Mission Accomplished" posted prominently on the site, I think it's reasonable to assume that the saving of 9V trains remains a concern of the site and its (...) Actually while I would not support "needlessly complaining" if it is still an issue, and Save9VTrains is the HQ of the effort to actually do something about it, then yes they should have some sort of updates on a regular basis.
