Makes me wish I was back in school... Just saw (URL) The light seeking/obstacle detection video is so cool...especially when they have a half dozen on the course at one time. My wife uses tapioca as a filling instead of starch. And she makes me roll out the pie dough. She uses the refrigerated flour, water, and chucky butter method for scratch pastry.
