The behaviour in the teach video (drive it around by hand and have it
play back the motion) looks exactly what set 4095 Record and Play
<http://guide.lugnet.com/set/4095> is supposed to do.
Anyone know how it would compare, and whether the 4095 uses back-EMF
or internal encoders?

| (...) I tore into one of these a while back. Nice PWM motor control and encoders on the wheels. The reason they don't work is that whoever coded up the PID loop to control the motors obviously had no idea what he/she was doing. I have not yet taken (...) (20 years ago, 26-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
