Do you understand what a theory is? Do you understand that gravity is a
theory? Do you understand that science deals in theories all the time?

Man's best friend (dogs). Tested, observed, and demonstrable. Perhaps you
may wish to be more specific. In any case, note above that science deals
with things theoritical.

Ummm, more like 150 years. Dang, I forget when Darwin published.

I'm not sure I would have chosen an analogy between beer and evolution and
mention "no logical connection" at the same time. ;-)
