In my ‘Status Report” post, I mentioned:

“We have provided TLG with an official ‘Issues List’, which is comprised of all of the fan issues we have gathered. That’s right, everything from the color variances, to suggestions for new sets, to set availabilty. of the official comprised of all of the fan issues we have gathered.”

The issues list is now posted on the .Ambassadors sidebar.

These issues, regarding LEGO products and services worldwide, should come as no surprise to anyone, as they have been brought to the Ambassadors’ attention repeatly over the past few months/years. We are working with TLG to have these items addressed and answered, as an ongoing effort of 2-way communication.

We are confident that you, the LEGO fans, will have more issues for us to add to this list. Please feel free to post them in this newsgroup.

(...) Nelson - thanks for this, I think this is exactly what the community would like to see! Regarding more issues, one thing I don't see on the list that I'd like to is the poor representations of rendered box art and instructions, e.g. when you (...) 10) Continual information leaks on upcoming LEGO sets/themes. (Corporate Security) Is this something TLG is concerned about or something AFOLs are concerned about? Personally, I'll take all the information (leaked or otherwise) I can get. Marc (...) (17 years ago, 27-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

(...) Unbelievable! Truly unbelievable! What about saving 9 volt trains? Why isn't that the number 1 issue? Why isn't it on the list AT ALL? Over the past two years many of us have been lobbying this point with every LEGO employee we meet, from (...) (17 years ago, 27-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

(...) My issues are: All boxes should be the same size - for ease in storage. Have someone else name the Bionicles - I can't pronounce any of them even after watching all three movies. Sure could use some 1x5 and 1x7 bricks and plates. Date all the (...) (17 years ago, 27-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

(...) snip (...) I for one like the non-system items. I love my egg cups and egg timer, my salt and pepper shakers. And my new classy bag with zippered studs. And my LEGO duffel bag. All are high quality as you would expect from LEGO. If I had a (...) (17 years ago, 28-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

(...) Can't say I've noticed any problems in any of my recent sets. It's a minor issue in my mind. (...) Why should I care if they don't want to sell certain products in certain countries? It's their loss. (...) It's unrealistic to expect a 100% (...) (17 years ago, 29-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)
  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) What really apalls my wife who is a big-time Lego fan is the insulting way in which Lego sets are marketed to girls and women. Stroll through a well stocked Lego specialty store. If you are female, sets start out with Duplo Brick princesses. (...) (17 years ago, 30-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)
  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) The first two issues are the main problems in my mind and deserve their place. I think TLG has many top notch set designs these days, but this is the first time I've ever seen questionable manufacturing quality from them. I have gotten a lot (...)   Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) I'm kind of surprised at the level of discussion about this list - although not too surprised, I guess, this being Lugnet. But I would've expected this amount of disagreement about the first such "issues list" presented to TLG by the (...) (17 years ago, 30-Jul-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)
  Re: The Official "Issues List"

(...) A new issue that I've noticed with the current new releases is that the instruction manuals are being used as filler to limit shifting in the boxes. Prior to the late-summer/early-fall '07 sets, the manual(s) were laid flat in the box, now (...) (17 years ago, 3-Aug-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

(...) Did you forgot to mention the issue about the increase in colour standardisation which has been frequented in the .technic news group or did you just forget to list it in the sidebar? Steve (17 years ago, 10-Aug-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX) !
