Adminning MS is bad enough, but MS databases... Are you _sure_ you

They probably haven't thought of it - I know of other university
admins who get those clauses for their training.

I would say there's not much incentive for the employer to send their
secretaries on certification, given that most certs don't really teach
you anything practical.

Don't worry, a bit of experience in IP and you won't need one. Just a
massive flowchart detailing logical network design, and one detailing
the real physical design.
