(...) No offense taken. Frankly, unsatisfactory opinions from people that I don't know usually don't bother me. I'm not sure what you mean by a "customer-facing situation" but, if you are referring to customer service problems, i.e. a situation (...) (25 years ago, 15-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

I always think I've lost a piece or that one is missing when I'm building a new set. I'm just paranoid like that. If I can't find a piece right a way I actually have these very minor panic attacks (my heart rate picks up slightly, nothing major). (...) (25 years ago, 7-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)
