I would count any part author as _in_ ldraw.org, especially if you are
considered _in_ just by voting on a part release...

'Normal' organizations usually include both 'active' and 'passive' members,
i.e. you don't have to work _in_ the organization to be part of it. You can
just support the ideas.
As ldraw.org isn't a 'normal' organization, with actual membership, I don't
think there can be any other definition than yours:

Perhaps there should be an 'inner circle' of people, acknowledged by the
larger community to 'be' ldraw.org, in licensing terms?

I promote the ldraw.org web site, keep intending to submit an entry for the MOTM, believe in the open nature of the (...) (26 years ago, 22-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
