Funny I've found quite a few "reasonable" people who found it offensive.
Some of whom have posted it this thread.

Ken, I'm sorry that you felt hurt by what Larry wrote.  Larry has since
apologized to you for the comments which you found offensive.  If others
in NILTC, or at the library, call upon Larry for an apology, I've no doubt
he would apologize to them as well.

I didn't ask for his apology but he did but then he turned around and started
his campaign of justification and obfuscation.  He still owes the library and
NILTC an apology not that his apologies seem to be worth anything.

Where did the library call for his apology?  Where did NILTC?  And since you
deem Larry's apologies as worthless anyway, why are you so adamantly pursuing
it?

Nevertheless, it's quite clear in my mind that Larry did not violate
LUGNET's Terms of Use.  For as Larry and others have pointed out, your
employment at LEGO was common knowledge.  I'm really sorry to hear that
you feel your privacy was violated, but I just don't see the logic in
your assertion that it was personal information.

If that's the case it's pretty much a free for all because I Guarantee I could
come up with all kinds of personal information and start posting it all because
under your logic if I found it out it must have been knowen elsewhere and
therefor is fair game.

You're not implying that LUGNET administrators are pigs, are you?

After all this psychoanalyzing crap you are pulling my leg with this question
right?

First you're pissed at Larry for what any outsider would interpret as a
humourous post.  Then you're pissed at at me for standing up to your flawed
interpretation of these, as well as former, events.  Then you're rude to Suz, as
I saw it.

And finally you're pissed at Todd, for, in the attempt to bring a little
resolution to this and getting some honest communication going, inserting one
little slightly humourous line.

By your very posts you don't care what anyone else thinks, says or does--you're
so obviously right and everyone else is so completely wrong.  You say you don't
care if Larry apologizes but you state that he has to--but wait, he did and that
still isn't good enough for you because he went on to detail why he did what he
did.  Well, what is good enough for you?  What do you want out of this whole
thing?  What, in your mind, would be a good and proper end to this conflict?

You, sir, have got to step back from this obsessive behaviour and take a break.
