Can you substantiate this using an independent source? My understanding is
that schools in places like Jenin are mostly run by UNRWA, are you saying
that they operate in the manner you describe?
From the UNRWA:

The Palestine refugee community has traditionally placed great emphasis on
education as the key to a better future. Despite often difficult
circumstances, Palestinians are one of the most highly educated groups in
the Middle East. This achievement has been made possible in large part by
the contribution of UNRWA in educating three generations of refugees.
UNRWA operates one of the largest school systems in the Middle East and has
been the main provider of basic education to Palestine refugees for nearly
five decades. The Agency provides primary and junior secondary schooling
free of charge for all Palestine refugee children in the area of operations.
Vocational and technical training courses are given in the eight UNRWA
vocational training centres. The Agency also runs an extensive
teacher-training programme, and offers university scholarships to qualified
refugee youth.

The Mitchell report states quite clearly that both sides expressed concerns
about hateful language and images emanating from the other in school
curricula. Do you accept that?

The complete military victory was achieved in '67.

| (...) The Palestinian people have been taught, almost since birth, to hate Israel and Jews. You cant find a map in a Palestinian school that shows the nation of Israel. The hatred is deep and intense
and no negotiations or negotiated peace (...) (23 years ago, 18-Apr-02, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
