(...) Hmmmm, well, my father-in-law - who has has multiple degrees in chemistry from Cal Tech and teaches chemistry - spells it aluminum. (...) And just to add more useless information to this discussion, I threw both spellings at Google to see which spelling was more often used online: Aluminum: 1,560,000 Aluminium: 749,000 Both: 56,800 -JDF (26 years ago, 9-Mar-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, lugnet.off-topic.fun)
