  Pentagram MOC

while at a BF this year and recently in a reply to a post of mine, Lenny Hoffman suggested tha I build a pentagram out of red tiles to stage a brickwars scene on.   Re: Pentagram MOC

(...) Very Nice. I think it is loads better than just a marker drawing that you did. Too bad you couldn't light the underside, so that the transparent tiles could glow. You could probably add some smoke to the picture using a graphics editor, and (...) (21 years ago, 22-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.mosaic)

  Re: Royal Hunting Retreat MOC

Hey, I love the look of this MOC! It has an irregular and rugged feel, yet is startlingly unique. I can certainly picture it in the midst of some large forest. Nice work! -Ben Harris (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: a last alliance of Elves and Men and Sculpey? (big pics)

Hey Matt, I think you've captured the look and feel of the noble elves and the slightly corrupted humans from the LoTR movie very well(that was your intention, wasn't it?). Nice work! The editing is nice, but the lighting is a bit off. Keep on (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: The Classic Castle City Standard

Hi Lenny, I like several things about this standard. The walls are simple and yet conform to earlier LEGO sets. Small scale buildings will fit in the city quite well. I guess we could start creating buildings with angled walls to eliminate gaps (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)
