Priority is flat for wieghts under 5 lbs. After that there is a 8 Zone system (Zones 1-3 are all consider local with a single rate). There is no difference in shipping price by Priority Mail. Anywhere in the US is the same. As for the supplies i use the web site all the time (plus stamps.com so for shipping i never have to go anywhere). But the site is geared twoards bulk, boxes (...)
