Okay - when I got my first serial based RCX tower, I had no issues with Win2k, but with the USB device, it is really a matter of the drivers. A while ago I saw an electric robot on TV that had 6 legs in 2 rows of 3 and moved one leg at a time forwards (lift, forward, down), then all back together. I can't remember the set, but everything I've bought since the end of my Dark Ages, circa 1992 or so, have been parts buys.
