One other thing would be to have BrickFest have a browser of all the MOC cards submitted. Won’t necessarily show you which MOC is which (with no pictures), but for some you could probably guess. The bigger step would probably be allowing an additional field in the MOC card entry that linked to a picture; sort of turning it into a mini-MOCPages of sourts...
