This is an interesting idea, though I think it's too big a job for a single
person. Perhaps one person per room?

I could almost see doing this in future years. I really got a lot out of
being a judge for town/train which forced me to look at all the MOCs. Taking
at least one photo of each MOC and noting it's creator would force a similar
level of attention (though it should be noted that often MOCs are not
labeled, especially on the train and moonbase displays).
