I could swear that's what they just did: there was a vote. Blame the
public. Here's the most chosen reason for selecting the Barracuda by the
voters:

Don't confuse the "Classic" rereleases with the Legends rereleases. The
former are just stuff that they figure there is a market for and they have
handy. The Redbeard Runner simply doesn't stand up to the Black Sea
Barracuda (and I rather suspect the former will end it's release period now
that the BSB is scheduled for production). I also expect that the other
models in the vote will appear in the future provided they got a good reaction.
