My luggage story:
I don't travel much lately. (I refuse to make myself crazy trying to do it
with the kids, my parents can come out here to visit.) Anyway, the last time
I did, when I checked in the girl said fine, you can carry that bag on
board. Then when I went home, I was told, rudely, I had to check the bag. I
made an innocent comment, "really? I was allowed to carry it on board on my
trip out here". So, after landing and waiting and waiting and waiting to
pick up my luggage, it never showed up. Seems it was misplaced. I don't
remember where it ended up, or how I got it back (it was about 6 years ago).
Anyway, I bet that counter person did it on purpose.
Paranoid? yeah, maybe.
