I'm working on modeling a recent creation in MLcad, and noticed that there is a difference in the height of the .dat versions of these parts: (2 URLs) When they are lined up side-by-side, the click hinge portions do not line up. how does this sound?: due to the fact that most patterned slopes arent in lgeo, maybe a pov code within the patterned parts to create the bump effect when exporting into povray. does this sound good? im guessing a good example would be using color (...) The rooster tail is great! The individual waves could be at a wider angle though. In safe boating classes they teach you that your wake spreads at about a 45 degree angle which you need to be aware of so that you don't "wake" vessels at anchor, on (...) (20 years ago, 29-May-04, to lugnet.cad)

Hi Dave, I think you have the Stud-Mode option set to Coarse in MLCad. Change this to Normal and you will see the correct studs. This option set to Coarse will replace all stud*.dat primitives with stu2*.dat wich are low-res and thus rendered (...) (20 years ago, 27-May-04, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  LDraw Part Request - Goblet Fill
 
I was hoping someone could help me out with this. I'd do it myself, except I don't have the skills yet. I'm looking for something to fill the castle goblet. It needs to look right for a drink inside the goblet (this means maybe even not up to the (...) (20 years ago, 26-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

One thing I touched upon a while ago that may be useful, is creating an entirely NEW library, with the same format, and only adding primitives and parts as authors give their consent to the new licence.
