Thanks for sharing another license draft, but we really *really* would like to
get the intent agreed on before we go to drafts, so sharing drafts may be a bit
premature at this point, and confusing.

Refer back to the timeline/process part of the root post of this thread. We are
trying to be methodical about this, as previous attempts have foundered at least
in part (in my personal view) because we didn't have consensus on the goals
before drafting things.

Other than the one license or two issue (which I would argue is actually an
implementation issue) are there any concerns in the community with the intent as
documented? Anything too broad or too narrow? Any activity that should be
precluded that wasn't stated? Any activity that should be explicitly recognised
(at the intent level, not the implementation level) so it's not assumed to be
disallowed?

We're pretty sure we have the intent right as written. However maybe we missed
something.

(again, written as me, but with strong belief I'm capturing SteerCo thinking)

I've condensed most of my points, and some new ones, into a new post that I've posted in reply to the (...) (20 years ago, 28-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

(20 years ago, 26-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)
