What you need to do is look at your newsreader, which by the headers reads Outlook Express, and then reregister yourself as a new identity within the newsreader. (...) AFAIK there has not been a drop in traffic, at least, not a significant one. I think that we also need to keep in mind that it's summer (at least here in the US) and a lot of people are taking vacations... and that not everyone uses the SMTP (...) I've noticed this alot too, I've noticed that alot of people have slowed down or even stopped replying to other's creation's probably due to the fact of the authentication. Some people probably figure 'why should I waste the extra time replying to (...) (25 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.admin.general)

(...) Ya, this is somewhat of a loophole (but a known one, and mentioned when the authentication mechanism was announced) and it needs closing. On the other hand, if someone were to try this, their Member ID would appear in the NNTP headers of the (...) (25 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

Any progress on a decision about lugnet.market.brickshops? I noticed that recently a few experienced members have advertised their shops in lugnet.market.shopping.
