What you need to do is look at your newsreader, which by the headers reads
Outlook Express, and then reregister yourself as a new identity within the
newsreader. You might also need to register yourself as a new user within
your Windows operating system. Have a look under the 'Help' option - that
may have some topics about how to go about it.
What you also need to do is have the information from the posting setup
handy, in order that both sets of information match properly.
There is also a newsgroup you can subscribe to, clicking the link (if
clickable on your system) or cutting and pasting into IE5 should make
Outlook express automatically subscribe you to that newsgroup. Make a new
post with the details of what you need help with, and the poeple there will
try to answer your questions for you.

Good luck! It can be difficult, if you haven't had much internet
experience, but those people have always been helpful for me, just ask
questions if you don't understand what they're trying to get you to do.
