I've just got the IntelliMouse Explorer. I had problems at first on my Simpson's mouse mat, but then I tried it straight onto the desk top. It's very good and I have no problems with it at speed. I bought it to play Quake X with, but I haven't had (...) (27 years ago, 25-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Adam, As far as interfacing to external devices, the inexpensive ones are wheel encoders, IR ranging, bumpers, sound sensors and visible light sensors.
